Hi daveyboy
After being took ill and spending last Christmas in hospital I also was diagnosed in January with a stage 3 neuroendocrine tumour in my
pancreas and two secondaries in my liver. the pancreatic tumour has also caused me to have Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
I am told that this type of cancer is known as a zebra disease as it hides and by the time it is diagnosed it is too late to operate as is the
case with mine.
I am also told that it is a slow growing tumour and I am on watchful waiting and have had six monthly appointments, blood & urine tests but so
far that has been all.
I can tell you that I do suffer from fatigue and have the odd day when I feel washed out (I am 65).
Hope that's helpful but if you have a particular question, please ask,
Best Wishes,
