Hello,
I found this support forum and am glad I did. I had a melanoma removed recently, thankfully stage I 0.4mm only they said. Now I need re excision on Monday, they will take more tissue away.
my whole life I have been quite anxious and this feels like just another layer of anxiety and worry. Trying to stay positive of course. Made an appointment with a psychologist to discuss this anxiety and see how I can better start managing it.
I worry about the future , my kids, and it’s probably unfound, 0.4mm is nothing compared to what some people are going through.
Sending out a lot of love and positive energy to all of you.
