I'm sorry to read that you have melanoma which has spread to your bones and that you are in severe pain. I was fortunate that my melanoma hasn't spread so I can't share any experiences with immunotherapy treatment with you. However, there quite a lot of people in the group who are on immunotherapy with good results.
Perhaps if you could explain why you're not keen on immunotherapy and what sort of advice you're after then we will all do our best to help.
