my wife has stage 4 melanoma and has gone through infusion immunotherapy and now in tablets.. brek/met
3 years in since stage 4 diagnosis her liver readings are high. She has paused the tablet treatment for 6 weeks to let liver settle. She has resumed for 4 weeks but the readings after bloods are high and oncology advise to pause again.
my question is has anyone experienced this as her tablets are gradually being reduced as they believe it’s one of them causing the issue. My wife’s headspace is .. where does this go now.. does the liver regain or is this now a point in the journey where things start to become more challenging.
my wife has had melanoma since 2010 first a mole then spread to proactive salivary gland and now internal abdomen ( stage4)
any experiences welcome… and I appreciate me persons experience is not necessarily what someone else will experience
