Hi I had a sentinel lymph node biopsy in groin and wide incision about 12 days ago. Was doing great last week, although I have a small seroma in the groin. Then 10 days after surgery I was out for a gentle walk (not my first) and got extremely light headed & dropped to the ground. I didn't pass out and was OK straight after. BP was elevated when taken an hour later especially my diastolic (lower) one - 103. It's elevated since around the 90s and I ve spent 24 hrs with extreme balance issues especially when lying down or turning my head to the right. Causing balance issues and swaying. While this gas eased off a lot I still feel slightly lightheaded. 2 days on. Did anyone else have anything similar? I am due to see my team tomorrow morning. I'd appreciate anything. Thanks
