Good afternoon
Sibling has an appointment for his suspected melanoma Friday to find out the results. They have sent a message to say he has a radiologist appointment next sat.
Is this just a normal thing to happen even though I don't know result?
Hi 46 male
I'm sorry to read that your sibling has had a suspected melanoma removed and I know what a worrying time this must be for you both.
I can't help with whether it's normal to have a radiologist appointment booked pre-results as it didn't happen to me but I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for a benign result on Friday.
Anne
Hi anne
Thanks for responding, I had my own 2A melanoma 5 years ago, worrying thing is it was large( I'm nearly positive it's coming back as melanoma ( just a case of how deep it's gone).
thanks A
