Hi a mole on my arm itched a little last week and then looked a bit different not sure if it's because I itched it. I looked at it through a home magnifier and looks a bit scabby. I have got my next skin check in 5 weeks , it's only a small mole so should I just keep an eye on it for now, I'm probably just being paranoid as had one 2 years ago on ankle.

It's natural to worry when you notice something different with an existing mole, we all do it. Hopefully, it'll turn out to be nothing but if it changes then do get in touch with your SCNS. I was always reminded by my consultant that I didn't need to wait until my next check-up, if I had something of concern, and to phone the SCNS.
