HRT & targeted therapy

Hi I am currently on targeted therapy for stage 4 Melanoma. 
I’m really struggling with peri menopause and am considering starting HRT, I will discuss this with my team at my next appointment but just wondered if anyone else is taking it and if you know if it’s safe to do so.

    I'm on targeted therapy and also on HRT. I was already on the HRT before I started my treatment as like you, I was peri menopausal. My oncologist said patches are fine. I'm on Evorel Sequi patches which I find to be very beneficial.
