I struggle with fatigue from immunotherapy and adrenal insufficiency. I recently listened to the audiobook of Miranda Hart's 'I Haven't Been Entirely Honest With You' about living with fatigue. Although the prologue is not great (skip it?), it does contain some real wisdom and good stories. She reads it herself. Highly recommended.
