Lymph nodes in groin.

Good morning

wondering what swollen lymph nodes feel like in your groin. Are the visibly noticeable or do you have to press gently to feel if they are swollen. Reason I ask I feel to hard lumps near my groin neat ligament, these aren't painful but the area has a slight dull feeling.

Hi 46 male I had the same in my lymph node groin ,I just felt a hard lump but u couldn’t see it and it had that dull feeling .lucky for me I had a appointment with my cancer nurse two days later ,to get it checked out .for your peace of mind make appointment on Monday .might be just something and nothing but please get it checked , good luck

Mine sounded just like your description, but the only way to know is to see your GP or call your cancer nurse if you're already under treatment.
