Hubby been told high probability of Prostrate cancer following MRI with PIRAD 5. Told needs biopsy but wait is 3-4 months! This seems a long time. Is this normal and if not what options do we have? If he needs surgery that will be another lengthy wait. Any advice appreciated thank you.

I'm sorry to read that your husband has been told that he has a high probability of prostate cancer. This must have come as a tremendous shock to you both.
