Hi there Cd1. I had a melanoma WLE from scalp & skin graft taken from thigh.. Local anaesthetic, no problem whatsoever, surgeon v considerate, careful & unhurried. It also was sent to the lab, results showed problems deeper. Then I was sent for a PET whole body search, which showed a nodule behind ear on neck + a hotspot on a lung. I see a respiratory consultant next week. That’s where I’m up to. Everybody has been marvellously kind so far, I am v grateful for everything. Best wishes to your hus & yourself.
