Sleep

I know it’s the night before my WLE, so a full nights sleep was going to be a stretch! But any tips on getting to / staying asleep generally? I don’t function well on no sleep! 

  • I hope you managed to get back to sleep. When I’m having trouble I try and imagine one of my favourite walks and retrace it in my mind, lay down a picnic blanket in the shade when I get there and listen to the birds.
