Hi, I've been on the Dabrafenib and trametinib treatment for about 4 months but after my last C.T. scan it's be decided I need to change to the immunotherapy.
Any advice on side effects etc will be greatly appreciated.
Hi I too changed from tablets to immunotherapy. I found the immunotherapy easier to handle. I didn’t feel so ill and had only slight side effects. Muscle ache ,slight rash and tiredness at times. I had one or two muscle spasms when having both the ipi and Nivolumab but when I went onto just Nivolobab I didn’t feel anything during the treatment. Everyone reacts differently so get to know your body. Ring help line with any questions no matter how small they are. Rest when you need to and get out in fresh air when you feel up to it. Good luck
