Has anyone else had one on their toe? I'm waiting for a biopsy on the 29th. The wait is really stressing me out.

I'm sorry that you potentially have a subungal amelanotic melanoma on your toe. Has your dermatologist told you that this is what it's likely to be?
I've had an amelanotic melanoma on my arm which surprised both me and my consultant as neither of us thought it was anything to worry about. It was only when the biopsy results came back that we discovered what it was.
I've had a look back through previous posts in this group and spotted that was asking for information about subungal melanoma back in July. Unfortunately they didn't come back and let us know how they got on but by 'tagging' them into my reply to you they might see this and respond.
No matter what type of melanoma you might have we all know the stress of waiting for the initial excision and then for the results. As you could have anywhere between 2-6 weeks to wait for the results, depending on how busy the pathology labs are, now would be a good time to come up with a coping strategy. I found that absorbing myself in my hobbies helped me forget while others practice mindfulness or clean the house from top to bottom. You just need to find something that works for you.
