I use SunSense and don't think it stains my clothes but as I only use it on the parts of me that aren't covered eg. face, neck and back of hands I can't be entirely certain. I know that the SunSense for my face is tinted so I'm sure that would stain clothing if it got onto it.
Probably your best bet is to speak to someone knowledgeable on one of the beauty counters somewhere like Boots and see if they can recommend sunscreen that doesn't stain.
I know that going away on holiday after having a melanoma diagnosis can be daunting but if you follow the guidelines you were given on staying safe in the sun you should still be able to enjoy yourself.
