Hi, I have been diagnosed with stage 1a melanoma and am due to have a wide local excision on the 12th March. I’m just wondering how long it takes to heal or at least not feel sore. It is on my thigh and the punch biopsy took over a week to start to feel ok. Just wondering how long I am likely to need to be off work.
