Hello... I was finally diagnosed with lung cancer at end July, after numerous scans abd procedures. A completely healthy person who had never smoked, , it was something of a surprise. I had no symptoms other than the tiniest cough which didn't go away that led me to getting checked out.

I'm now on my second dose of immunotherapy, which gas hone well so far with minimal side effects...itchy skin, tiredness, woolly headed! I wonder about the future, veering between positivity and a one day at a time approach, to trying to plan for increasing dependency, but try to be accepting of whatever life has dished out to me. I'm 73 and have had a great life.

My biggest problem is actually accepting I am ill! Some friends know but not all - guess I just want to be treated normally as far as possible.

Wishing everybody the best possible outcomes from whatever you are going through... AVN
