My sister in law was diagnosed today and was told it was an aggressive strain that needs treating asap . Why am I sharing this? It feels a bit surreal.
Hi BIG DOG
Welcome to our community, I hope you find a supportive and friendly group here.
The time between diagnosis and whatever comes next many rate as about the hardest time of all. My experience of cancer is with my wife and certainly can relate to everything seeming a bit surreal.
Sometimes people say "a trouble shared is a troubled halved" and also "a friend in need is a friend indeed". Hopefully you will find both on here
<<hugs>>
Steve
