Hi, I’m so scared. My husband has had a ct scan lung sue to a persistent dry cough. He’s weak, lethargic, no appetite and looks ashen. We’re awaiting the scan results. It’s very traumatic as you I’m sure your aware. He’s had 3 courses of antibiotics with no affect. He has developed a lump on his right rib and also a query skin cancer.

So my current problems, my husband could be dying and he looks like he is. I’m worried about my own mental health and how I’ll look after him. Finances, home, claiming benefits. Family hating me for drinking again, but I’m not so bad at the moment. How will I I cope with all of the above? Alcohol isn’t the answer as I’ll have to be looking after Johnny, what is the answer? Strength but do I have enough for me let alone both of us? I truly hope so, he deserves it. I’ve put him down so often to family that they now have no respect for him but he’s a good hardworking man who loves me so much. How do I get my family to respect him again? Every time I’ve put him down I was drunk! I’m devastated
