Hi Solbar welcome to the group, but sorry to hear about your step dad. I know what a scary time this is for you. There is lots of support here in the group from people going through a similar situation. We are all here to share our thoughts and experiences with each other. Some people find it helpful to put their thoughts into writing, knowing that there are people here who really understand what it is like. 
How is your step dad doing? Has he been told a treatment plan yet ? 

Hi thank you. He is not doing too good really. He has grade 4. He also has emphysema.  Had results of biopsy about 2 weeks. Its inoperable and incurable but maybe with treatment may have 2 years maybe a little longer. No treatment plan yet but has another hospital appointment on Monday which I think is to discuss treatment plan
