Afternoon all ,a question for anyone that has had chemo radiation for their lung cancer …. I finished my treatment in December and have since started immunotherapy but I’m experiencing lower rib pain (both sides) not just the lung that was treated …. Started in the last 2 weeks … My lcns and Gp don’t seem too worried about it being anything serious or a chest infection/ blood clot … temp ok , oxygen levels good so they are just going to check in again next week and keep monitoring etc … I just wondered if anyone else had this after treatment …. Did it ease eventually ? It just feels like I’m wearing too tight a bra , it’s uncomfortable and doesn’t ease much with paracetamol ( sorry chaps if tmi) … I have been quite anxious this last couple of weeks so maybe tension too? Anything that helps that ? Love Elly x
Elly my radiotherapy was 8 years ago, but I still get uncomfortable! I still can’t wear a proper bra, I can only wear a t shirt type bra, like a pull on one. Anything else just aggravates me. I still get tenderness in my chest, on the rib cage, not all the time but sometimes it feels tender to touch. X
Think Im going to need stronger pain killers , 
. but digging the wheat bag out now too thanks love
