Morning , so my treatment starts tomorrow with my first RT and chemo and continues for the next 6 weeks . It seems to have taken an age to get here … diagnosed 1st September … now it’s here I feel strangely calm but scared too ( very apt since it’s Halloween tomorrow too ) …..so big girl pants on ! and off we go …. What a process this all is , emotional rollercoaster ride… and constant anxiety and trepidation … sending hugs to anyone else that needs one , or starting treatment or just in the process of diagnosis Elly x…
Hello T , I’m not too bad love thanks …. Day 3 radiotherapy just done - 27 to go and first chemo done 5 to go 
… so far so good , bit tired…. Steroid keeping me awake for the 2 nights post chemo but been napping when I can …. Honestly I’m fizzing at 2am and deflated balloon by 8am ….just learnt how to self inject my immunity booster … everyday is a school day hey ? Thanks for checking in , how’s things with you darling ? Glad to hear Elly, yeah we are good here. Its a lot that your going through and the Steriods!!!! Mum used go mad with not being able to sleep. Is the district nurse not doing your Injections, I did do my Mum's, well done you!!! Please rest up as much as you can. Sending you a virtual hug x
Mum got a list for me to do, - Paint all Ceilings, gloss all the doors, Christmas cleaning, curtains, carpets all to be shampoo'd, so she can relax and spend time with the family after it's all done, so I have taken 3 days holidays to fit it all in. 
She's some woman!!!
