I am having no help from my GPs practice. They have allocate me a trainee GP whose English is so poor I cannot make her understand me. Any suggestions please. I have tried complaining it gets me nowhere.
Hi pen sorry you’re experiencing problems with your Gp …. Have you tried talking directly to the practise manager about your difficulties? I’ve recently changed GP , so that’s maybe an option if you don’t feel you are getting the service you want ? Hope you get it sorted ? Elly
