New to the group, I have Secondary Lung Cancer and have already had some lung surgery to emote 2 of 3 followed by RFA for the last one, but as anyone who is on here knows things don’t always go to plan.
I refer to myself as a frequent flyer as this is my 4th cancer and it is getting a like tedious now
My primary was bowel cancer in 2018
I had liver cancer as a secondary in 2019
Enjoed it so much I had it again 2021, but I slow me down the took half of my liver away but luckily I am like a worm it will gro back
I have been well looked after by the medical teams at QEHB with my Rottweiler wife keeping them on time plus we now have a new Oncologist.
I keep it honest and positive, good luck to all my fellow travellers
Hi crimson, welcome to the group, but sorry you find yourself here.
It is good to hear you are being well looked after by your medical team, and it sounds like you have very good support from your wife too.
I hope you find the group helpful. We find having family to talk to is good, but no one fully understands as well as another person with cancer.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
