Hi all- new here
For a few months I’ve been having recurrent chest infections, swelling above my rib cage and a horrific cough alongside finger clubbing that I’ve noticed today, breathlessness etc. Spoke to my doctor on Thursday who prescribed me an inhaler and sent me for an urgent X-ray Thursday night. Obviously still waiting for the results but I’m over googling everything and worrying so much.
I agree with Cei B. Please keep clear of Google. I was diagnosed with cancer a couple of months ago now but I’ve remained with MacMillan and Roy Castle. The other thing I’d suggest is to find out the stages of diagnosis as there is no quick answer. You can send yourself silly with reading all sorts of information that may or may not apply to your condition.
Having said that I hope you don’t have the news up you fear. I’m wishing you all the best xx
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
