I was diagnosed withe lung cancer May 2020. I needed someone to talk to but there was no one. I didn't know this existed! But I am pleased to know it does.
I have lots of questions I would like to ask about my condition.

Hi Karen, welcome to the group, sorry it has taken you so long to find us! We are an online community where we come to support each other, and share our own personal experience. Everyone here in the lung group, either has lung cancer, or is supporting a loved one with the disease. The safety of members is paramount, so meet ups are not encouraged. If it is a medical question you need advise with, we do have the Ask A Nurse page, but it can take up to 3 days to get a reply from one of the nurses at the moment, as they are very busy. You could also call the Macmillan support line, on 0808 808 00 00 who are available 7 days a week from 8am until 8pm.
If you have a moment it will be very helpful if you can put some details about yourself on Your profile This is very helpful for others to see your journey, and see if they are on the same treatment plan. You just click on your username then select profile. You can edit this information at anytime, and update the journey as you go.
