Hi just bin diagnosed waiting to see if the new pills are available for me anybody had this
Hi Redindian, the majority of people here have NSCLC (Non Small Cell Lung Cancer), some also have other types of Lung Cancer, main other one is Small Cell Lung Cancer.
Not sure what you are referring to in regard to pills, there is Radiotherapy treatment, Chemo treatment, targeted treatment which can involve some of the new generation treatment which can be pills or administered in liquid format, depends what type of lung cancer, also in early stages NSCLC 1, 2 and some times stage 3 they operate to remove either a wedge of the lung, a lobe of the lung or removing the whole of one lung.
All the best, as having being diagnosed with NSCLC, you are in for a steep learning curve.
