I'm so sorry that your brother's diagnosis is obviously very difficult for you to take in and like many of us on here you feel lost and helpless.
It's hard to know what to do or say but letting him know you are simply there for him is a start.
There is another forum on here for those who are supporting someone with incurable cancer which you may find is a good place to reach out to others in a similar situation as your own.
