Hi Eveyone,
This is going to sound silly but I had testicular cancer when I was 17 so I am very scared about doctors and hospitals in general.
I have had a cough for 2 months that is really intense with the feeling of congestion. I have no chest pains or blood when coughing I have had green and white phlegm and 2 lots of antibiotics that have not seemed to work.
Because of my past I am so worried that I have cancer I am now 30 and I feel like an absolute wimp but I am generally scared.
What is your opinions on my symptoms.
Sorry to bother you all with what may seem like a silly post but I appreciate all your help.
X
Hi Lshelt, we are not medically trained so cannot give opinions on other peoples symptoms. We can only give our own experiences of our own diagnoses.
I can understand how scared you must be, especially as you have had cancer previously. The only way to get to the bottom of this is to speak to your GP again. I think you should tell him your concerns and maybe ask if you can have a chest X-ray.
Wishing you all the best.
