Hi peeps. Hope you're all coping in your own ways.
I had adenocarcinoma a year ago with successful lobectomy. I was very lucky and didn't need any chemo etc and just had my one year scan which was clear. Now it looks like I've got pancreatic cancer? (awaiting biopsy and results.) Anyone know of lung cancer spreading there? Can it? Or would it be a new cancer?
Thanks for reading x
It's not uncommon for people to develop more than one type of primary cancer. I had lymphoma and lung cancer simultaneously and now I have MDS (another type of blood cancer, caused by the chemotherapy I had for lymphoma).
I hope that your biopsy shows a nothingburger, but that if it is pancreatic cancer it's the more treatable kind.
