Its driving me crazy being without a bra but I have a numb left boob that gets sharp stabbing pains under and around it sometimes everything still feels swollen a bit.. it's making my back and shoulder hurt it just hanging there feeling like it weighs a hundred pounds.. help.. someone posted some theyve tried but I dont think I'd get much support from that particular one..
your frustrated ,i get it ,it does get better ,try sleeping with a body pillow ,really helped me ,and believe me you are not a burden your daughter is doing her best to help you ,she probably feels frustrated too ,not knowing what is right and wrong ,you have had major surgery ,you are not going to get better by rushing things ,think of it as a lazy holiday ,read a book ,watch tv ,do something that helps you relax ,but dont forget to do your walking ,you are doing brilliant .hugs
Thank you I know I'm not a burden I just feel like I'm in her way a bit. But I try to stay upstairs and go down and visit at meal times or when it sounds like shes not busy. The breathing is getting easier thank goodness.. just so much seems to be out of our control in this situation.. but I'm trying.. thank you for your encouraging words
