Hello All
I thought about setting up a thread for us all to use to chat about various stuff across, so it's all in one place and newer members posts not getting pushed down and off the discussion front page before getting an answer.
I hope you are all doing well and not too stuffed on easter eggs?
I have not eaten mine yet! I went to bed friday night not feeling well and woke up Saturday with a horrid migraine throwing my guts up usually I fall asleep and sleep it off. Not so, I ended up going to the OOH doctor Sunday afternoon as was still throwing up
He gave me some lotions and potions and still not right yet. Though haven't thrown up for a few hours now. I going to try and eat something soon (not easter eggys) to see if I can manage that and see if it makes me feel better. I hate being ill! Especially on a bank holiday weekend with such nice weather. I was so looking forward to it and I have slept most of it away.
Well today is freedom day…..whatever that is supposed to mean. No freedom here, I had only just started to venture back out into the big wide world, and now I that restrictions are lifting I am retreating back into my safe place of home.
Today is hot hot hot already. Hope everyone is enjoying the sun. Say safe, do what you feel is right for you.
Hi Shedman
I saw your post too but like Chelle im
bit sure so good advice to ask the nurse.
one would imagine CLO wouldn’t harm but Think always best to ask
Hi Chelle
i feel exactly the same as you. I was just beginning to feel a little ‘freedom’ but now am back to feeling uncomfortable with all the ‘freedom’ and I don’t doubt many feel the same.
clearly very little consideration has been given to the elderly and vulnerable. I know we need to live however why not keep some sensible restrictions instead of giving carte Blanche across the board?
that’s my rant over
Sorry chelle I didn’t mean to flag that! Bloody scrolling and my thumb landed there I don’t know how to message so thought I’d pop it on here!
Not to worry, I think it is happening a lot since the latest updates to the site. The flag to moderator button has been made much bigger, and is under every post. It does seem to be easy to activate if you are scrolling through posts on your phone. I’ve done it myself . The post is instantly removed, and then is looked at by the moderators, and I think they have realised that this is happening and are monitoring it. Any posts that are deleted will be restored once admin have looked at them.
If you want to do your own thread you go to the top of the page. You will see a + in a box, well that is how it appears on my phone. On other devices it may be a + or New. Press that, put in a title header, and away you go
