Hello All

I thought about setting up a thread for us all to use to chat about various stuff across, so it's all in one place and newer members posts not getting pushed down and off the discussion front page before getting an answer.

I hope you are all doing well and not too stuffed on easter eggs?

I have not eaten mine yet! I went to bed friday night not feeling well and woke up Saturday with a horrid migraine throwing my guts up Disappointed usually I fall asleep and sleep it off. Not so, I ended up going to the OOH doctor Sunday afternoon as was still throwing up Disappointed He gave me some lotions and potions and still not right yet. Though haven't thrown up for a few hours now. I going to try and eat something soon (not easter eggys) to see if I can manage that and see if it makes me feel better. I hate being ill! Especially on a bank holiday weekend with such nice weather. I was so looking forward to it and I have slept most of it away.

Sorry things aren’t great at the moment Darlo. You and everyone on the forum are in my thoughts.

  • I am always heartened when I read four years etc and hope I’ll be able to say that one day. I’m about 14months. Currently suffering breathlessness and hopefully recovering from lung infection and hoping to take 2nd Keytruda infusion next week. Hope you’re soon feeling better xx

  • OMG it’s so true. Talk and think about this awful disease does seem to be all we do. I hope your treatment Is a great success. I love seeing stories of ppl who are years down the line and against all odds and ruthless treatments are thriving. Hope many more of us can join that line xx

  • Hi Gina

as you know I’m not that good at finding the chats on lung cancer and end up in the wrong place. Anyway just wanted to reply to your comment on your weight loss and bony ass! I’m also in the same place! Went on mad cancer diet at beginning of this journey and ended up eating nothing subsequently Losing way too much weight and now really struggling to put back on. That concerns me as I’d like to be stronger

  • Hi Nel,

you’re in the right place, the LUNG CHATTY THREAD is where we come for a natter so all our chat is kept in one place and it makes it easier for people to see posts that are looking for advice and help. Jump on there any time for a natterGrin
