Hi my mum has stage 4 lung cancer which has spread to brain, chest lymph node, and bone. Can only be prolonged. She has been offered 2 treatment types. Options 1 chemo Option 2 the above. Need advice how others have responded to immunotherapy as I'm concerned about the side effects especially the rash, as its more toxic treatment. Need advice and experiences of others on this . As my mum doesn't know which option to choose and really doesn't want to lose her hair and just can't take this all in at the moment.
