I saw the oncologist yesterday he gave me some good news - following the chemotherapy and radiotherapy the tumour in my left lung has reduced from 7cm to 4cm. I start immunotherapy next Wednesday monthly for 12 months. Hopefully that will encourage more shrinkage.
That is wonderful news SueD your radiotherapy will still be doing its work for months after it was finished, mine continued to shrink up to a year after my radiotherapy. So alongside the immunotherapy I’m sure you will get more shrinkage!
