i am being currently checked every 4 months for follow up  from my original tumour. (2023) which died with chemo & immunatherpy   I too have been told i have ground glass with a nodule They are not alarmed by this as  ground glass could indicate a few things, increased density, maybe slight infection, fluid build up  but not too much to worry about.  This has shown up on all my previous 18month scans but as nothing as grown or changed my oncologist has  deemed it OK. Fingers crossed. I hope yours will be too
