Hi,my partner has just finished 4 week intensive radiotherapy course for NSCLC. Scan shows scarring on lung due to radiotherapy. Worst side effect experienced so far is cough and wheezing. Has anyone any suggestions for something that could help ease his cough
thanks
Hello Worcs I have been left with similar problems . I am using potters throat pastilles they help give some relieve plus frequent drinks. It concerns me that oncology do not offer any help with the side effects of the treatment . I bought some other ones but could not take them as they are unsuitable for high blood pressure patients had to bin them . Sudafed for relief of mucus. Good luck hope they work for your partner
