Partner had sepsis and has been in hospital for 4 weeks now... He now has immunotherapy induced hepatitis has anyone had this and is it repairable... Thanks. X
Hi Smartie,
I have auto immune hepatitis, caused by a reaction to the immunotherapy (pembromizulab) The first time it happened, they put me on high dose steroids to get it under control. Then I had it again which resulted in yet another dose of steroids. I may have to stop immunotherapy if it keeps happening.
I've no idea whether it's permanent. I hope not! But you have me wondering now.
Take care x
We have been told its unlikely he will ne able to have immunotherapy again... Have high doses of steriods to try and reverse it... But its still in his system and keeps attacking. X
Thank you for replying. X
