Has anyone experienced diarrhea and fecal in incontinence with a diagnosis of lung cancer ?
What could it mean if related ?
Hi SarahBee you haven’t said wether you are on treatment or waiting to start treatment ? But you must tell someone in your medical team about this. It may not be connected but they will be able to help with medication. Call your lung nurse or GP and discuss this with them. X
Hello
It's not myself. No treatment being had. Did initially have immunotherapy, this stopped a while ago. New symptom been occurring for approximately 2 months.
Thanks
This definitely needs to be checked by the medical team, especially as it has been going on for some time.
Hello I've been suffering from ulcerative colitis following treatment with imunotherpy. I only had 3 treatments which had to be stopped. I'm now getting treatment for the colitis but it's taken 6 months of trying steriods and other drugs before starting me on infliximab.
Symptoms from immunotherapy can happen months and even years later I've been told so please do get the team involved as this could be reason. I know while they were investigating me I ad a sigmoidascope and colonoscopy not only to diagnose my horrendous diahorrea but to rule out spread to my colon.
Good luck. I hope whatever the cause it can be sorted
