Morning everyone , so having completed my 6 week chemo radiation I’m now about to embark on immunotherapy ( durvalmab ) once a month for 13 sessions …. I’m very anxious and apprehensive and of course this isn’t helped by the fact they have to go through all the side effects of treatment with you that makes you feel like running away…. Im trying to go into it with a positive mindset and my friends on here have done an amazing job at supporting me with my anxious thoughts about it .. I know that others in here like to follow someone who is on a similar journey so it’s for that reason I’m posting …. Meanwhile I’m dusting off my big girl pants chellesimo and roaring at my anxious thoughts Hamhat … hugs to those that need one today …. Elly x
You are doing amazing Elly. One day at a time, one week at a time, those months are going to fly by x
