My granddad had radiotherapy for lung cancer four months ago. What does: confirm treatment response in the lower lobe has become more necrotic mean? Is it good or bad?
Hi JRR necrotic tissue is dead tissue, radiotherapy can cause this. Whether that means the tumour is dead you would have to ask the oncologist. X
