is there a reason that some people have immunotherapy every 3 weeks as opposed to every 6 weeks ?
Hi Daisy_21
I think I’m right in thinking you are asking about Keytruda (Pembrolazumab)
Its quite a recent thing to have treatment every 6 weeks instead of every 3. Originally if you were handling your treatment well then after 7 treatments you could go onto 6 weekly. When covid hit I think a lot of people went straight on 6 weekly. There’s no difference, a double dose every 6 weeks or a single every 3. If you have your treatment every 6 weeks you still have to have bloods done every 3 and still get your 3 monthly scans.
