Have they given you a treatment plan?

Glad your gums are better, this may have been agrivated by stress and anxiety.

Had a lung biopsy beginning of December, a week later taken in to a & e with collapsed left lung. Spent 4 days having a drain. See specialist just before Xmas but decided to get Xmas done before treatment starts. This week sat cancer doctor on Thursday. Friday had call from hospital. Sunday COVID check. Wednesday pre assessment and immunotherapy, Thursday double dose chemotherapy. A bit of a busy week. Plus Hospitle is 24 miles away in reading.

  • Hi Slippy, I’m sorry to hear you are in pain at the moment. Hopefully once the treatment starts that will ease. That is a busy week you have! It always feels hectic at the beginning, but hopefully it will settle down and you will get into a routine. Covid is definitely not helping, and having to have a covid test puts another thing on your to do list.  Hope this week goes smoothly for you.

    All the best
