Hi there,
Totally new to this sort of thing but here goes.
Was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in March last year and having had sessions of chemo and radiotherapy treatment have been told that my last PET scan was clear.
However, am still having quite a few problems with recovering fully, so on advice, have decided to join the group and as well as getting some advice might even make some new friends .
Hi and welcome, sadly for many recovery takes a while as the body recovers from treatment, how long that process lasts varies enormously also no one ever tells you some things change and its not just a case of getting back to normal, hopefully this paper will help https://www.workingwithcancer.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/After-the-treatment-finishes-then-what.pdf
any specific questions just ask
John
A welcome from me as well. Totally recommend the paper that John has put up as it helps you under the milestones of post treatment recovery and helps identify the various treatment ‘leftovers’ we all experience.
