Good Morning.
Just to update. Had my tonsillectomy last night which went well although a little sore this morning. Doctor advises something suspicious noted on right tonsil so will now wait for results. Due to the delay in PET scan it will be another 2 weeks before I know any more. The waiting for answers is the worst.

Hi Dimitris. We all found the waiting’s the worst. Once you get a treatment plan you seen to settle snd geg I ti s routine. Keep on top of painkillers as it’s often 3/4 days later with tonsillectomy that the pain can kick in often around a week so forewarning.

Hi Dimitris, the waiting is awful, try to take things one step at a time, recover from your tonsillectomy. Make sure you keep ahead of any pain, by taking your pain relief, before the pain kicks in. Once you get the results, and know what is next, you will feel better about it all.
Ray.
