Today Is my five years clear and the message I'd like to pass on is that if I can do it so can anybody else. Five years down the line all that I have left to remind me is a dry mouth which I can cope with. Life is good and all of this...all of it here in the pages of this forum is worth doing
I will. While I can do some good. I was just as frightened as everyone here has been. It’s a rotten place to be but we all prop each other up. You’ve done brilliantly yourself, you know.
