Hi, just a quick update.. firstly PEG site... due to splenectomy scar taking a considerable length along my stomach, PEG site was limited, so a site high up towards my solar plexus area was chosen.. and it wasn't a pleasant experience I must admit, was held back to take extra meds to control the pain.. regarding chemo, given a supply of antibiotics to take twice a day throughout the course of treatment and beyond.. so, getting prepped for my start on Monday..

  • Good luck. You’re well prepared. Xx

We are all here for advise so ask away.
But don’t overthink  it none of us react the same we are all different my dirst 10  treatments only  left a scratchy throat, By the 2 nd day  if week 3 I lost the ability to eat most things  and my end if week was in cocodomol then oromorph into the equation.
