Ok, heading for 2nd chemo tomorrow. Last week was a heavy week for sure, I seem to be coughing out my tumour which feels like a good thing. I managed to have s fall, landing on my forehead and spent the weekend in bed. It all points to a need to take very careful care of myself. I can tell things are happening. It really feels like I’m expelling the tumour through my sinuses and revolting though it is, it must be good. The journey continues.
Be careful Steve. CRT takes a lot out of you. Be kind to yourself and take it easy. Xx

Hi Steve
Wow you were lucky that the fall was not serious. That could complicate things.
Radio and chemo can make you feel very weak for a while. I felt fairly unstable on my feet for sometime and used to hold onto my husband's arm when we went out. I had never felt that I was going to fall previously but it became a bit of a concern for me for a while so do be very careful. That instability did pass and I have no issues now.
Good luck for your next chemo.
