. Mines today I have a yearly reminder on my phone. Do thought idea opportunity to remind all of us. Onwards and upwards, where’ve you are in treatment.

They don’t. Somewhere between 20% to 40% of patients develop hypothyroidism.
They don’t tell you about keeping an eye on carotid arteries either. I worked the thyroid bit out, knowing my anatomy and the fact that submandibular salivary glands lying just above your thyroid, are slaughtered by RT. The damage to your blood vessels I learned from a post here from Hellebore1
